Dr. Bradley J. Jorgensen and Dr. Robert C. Schulz merged their existing optometric practices in December of 1995 to form Jorgensen, Schulz and Associates EyeCare Center. This merger helped to strengthen their position in the changing health care field by allowing them to provide more efficient and convenient eye health care. Both doctors were born in Wisconsin and were classmates at the Illinois College of Optometry from 1980 through 1984.

Our office consists of four optometrists to provide full time eye health care. We have a satellite office in Clintonville.

Office hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturdays 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

Our Clintonville Office Hours:
Monday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Tuesday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
